We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff made us feel really special (Not just with some champagne and a room upgrade but also with every interaction). The views are wonderful - from the room, breakfast, the lobby, the bar, all the different areas! We particularly enjoyed the 2 hours of drinks (including champagne) and snacks from 5 til 7 - that definitely helped with the stay feeling special! We had breakfast at the main hotel twice and at the Terrace Club once - there's definitely more choice at the main one but far more people and noise! So would recommend the Terrace Club breakfast for a bit of a calmer experience. The snorkelling trip was great and very easily organised last minute and we also enjoyed the underwater observatory (note that you need to buy a ticket or have cash on you before you walk the entire length of the pier!).

From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but courteous, gracious, and always willing to help you with anything you needed. I would say it is worth staying at the Terrace Club rather than the Busena Terrace next door especially if you are a couple. You still get access to Busena and all their restaurants, pools, etc. but the Terrace Club is another cut above in terms of relaxation, peacefulness, and luxury. They have a spa that you can go to as well as a wellness pool/aqua therapy area that we used daily. The views of the sea are so beautiful from your balcony, and the restaurants at the facilities are excellent. The Terrace Club also has a tea time and happy hour that are free depending on your room selection and well worth it. The airport transfer for free is also a major plus.

But what made it really exceptional was the service and attention we received from Umeki-san and Catatani-san. They both went well above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and our every wish come true. Truly amazing service!
